Stones of Erasmus — Terms & Agreement

1. Scope
These Terms & Agreement (“Terms”) govern every purchase—whether a downloadable digital resource (lesson plans, clip-art, worksheets, PDFs, Google-Drive files, etc.) or a physical product (apparel, mugs, prints, etc.)—made from the Stones of Erasmus Store (“Store,” “we,” “our”). By completing a purchase you (“Purchaser,” “you”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
PART A — DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
2. License Grant
Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download and use the resource:

| • Print or digitally share the resource with students in your own classroom or caseload. • Modify the file for your students’ educational use only (e.g., add instructions, translate, change fonts). • Place the file behind a secure, password-protected LMS (Google Classroom, Canvas, etc.) your students access. |
• Resell, sublicense, gift, or upload the unaltered or altered file to any public site, marketplace, or social media platform. • Claim authorship of the resource or its artwork. • Share the file with colleagues, an entire school, or district without purchasing additional licenses. |
3. Google-Drive & Copy Instructions
Resources marked “Digital Version” include a share-link that prompts Google to create a unique copy in your Drive. Log into the Google account you wish to use before clicking “Make a copy.” Your copy is permanent even if the original link later changes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content—text, images, layout, and brand marks—remains the exclusive copyright of Stones of Erasmus or its licensors. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of U.S. and international copyright law and may result in license termination and legal action.
5. Refunds (Digital Goods)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. If you experience a file-corruption or download issue, contact us within 14 days and we’ll provide a replacement file.
PART B — PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
6. Order Processing & Shipping
• Estimated production times are displayed on each product page.
• Orders ship from the fulfillment center closest to your address when possible.
• Purchaser is responsible for any customs duties or VAT assessed by your country.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for unused, unwashed items reported within 30 days of delivery. If the product arrives damaged or defective, email clear photos to support@stonesoferasmus.com and we’ll replace or refund at no additional cost. Customer-initiated size or style exchanges may require return shipping at your expense.
8. Colors & Sizing Disclaimer
Screens display color differently; slight variations between digital mock-ups and the final product are normal and not considered defects. Review sizing guides carefully before ordering.
PART C — GENERAL TERMS
9. Payments & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The Store processes payments through secure third-party providers. Wherever legally required, applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stones of Erasmus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our resources or merchandise. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in dispute.
11. Termination
Violation of these Terms automatically terminates the license for digital products without refund and may bar you from future purchases.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued purchasing or use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
